"Joe did a fantastic job replacing an old Sears opener from 1992! The whole job took maybe 1.5 hrs and I now have a Liftmaster, belt drive that even has wi-fi for your phone! Liftmaster also has a Lifetime Warranty on the motor and the belt! The product and labor was extremely reasonable and I never thought they would do it the same day. Des- Carr is the absolute best"

"Wow! All-around excellent experience! When my automatic garage doors broke, I was so nervous thinking my car would be stuck in my garage for days. Joe came out within hours of my initial late afternoon call to remedy the situation. He fixed the problem, moved my switch to a more convenient wall space, and left me with a brand new remote! I felt like a queen! All of this at an excellent price, much lower than I expected. The customer service over the phone was handled with genuine concern and utmost professionalism. Love this company! You will, too."
