"I had Des-Carr replace the garage door opener and then brought them back to replace the springs, replace the pullies, replace the torsion spring cables, and install safety cables. They arrived on-time, we talked about the job, they got each job done in under an hour, tested their work, and went over the work that was done. "This review is way overdue. Not a person that generally writes one but felt is was necessary. Did an amazing job on the three garage doors and openers installed back in May. Wanted to say thanks to Joe, Carol, and the team. Consider myself a "high maintenance" customer that expects perfection when having a service completed at my home.
